Messaging & Communications of Solar Legal Help

By submitting your information, including your phone number and email, you grant permission and electronically give express consent to receive recurring calls, text messages (SMS and MMS), prerecorded or artificial voice messages, emails, and communications generated by artificial intelligence (AI) software from Solar Legal Help and/or its affiliates, successors, or assigns (“Solar Legal Help”).

Cancellation & Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time:

  • By texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS you receive.
  • By following the unsubscribe instructions in emails.
  • By replying to calls and requesting removal, or by emailing info@solarlegalhelp.com

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request.
You acknowledge that messages sent without the proper STOP command may not be recognized.

No Warranties or Representations

Solar Legal Help provides its services and communications “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
  • Any guarantee that communications or services will result in a particular outcome, legal resolution, or financial benefit.

Dispute Resolution

To resolve disputes quickly and cost-effectively, you agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, including your receipt of messages or communications, will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

  • Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
  • You or Solar Legal Help may bring small claims actions in a local court, seek injunctive relief, or pursue claims with government agencies if permitted by law.
